The Presidents of Armenia and Russia will hold no bilateral meeting during the Eurasian Economic Union Summit in Astana.
The official website of the Russian President reports that on May 31 Russian President Vladimir Putin will leave for Astana to attend the meeting of the presidents of the EEU member states.
The source says that the heads of the EEU member states will discuss the integration prospects, including formation of general markets of gas, oil and oil derivatives. The presidents will also exchange their views about expansion of the Union's trade and economic ties with the foreign countries and regional integration unions. "Vladimir Putin will also hold a bilateral meeting with President of Kazakhstan Nutrsultan Nazarbayev," the Kremlin reports.
To recall, earlier Alexey Pavlovsky, representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, said that the presidents of Armenia and Russia might hold a bilateral meeting in Astana.
