Նախագահ. ԵԱՏՄ-ին Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը չի սպառնում նրա քաղաքական անկախությանը

Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը չի սպառնում
նրա քաղաքական անկախությանը: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անկախության 23-րդ տարեդարձի առչությամբ իր հղած շնորհավորական ուղերձում:


«23 տարի առաջ՝ այս օրը բոլորս միասին ընտրություն կատարեցինք հօգուտ անկախ հայկական պետականության, հօգուտ քաղաքական ազատությունների և ժողովրդավարության:


Մենք բարձրաձայն հայտարարեցինք, որ պատրաստ ենք պատասխանատվություն ստանձնել մեր իսկ կողմից հռչակված արժեքներն ու նպատակները կյանքի կոչելու համար: Եվ մեր ժողովուրդը ոչ միայն խոսքով կամ քվեաթերթիկով, այլև գործով, ջանքով, իսկ երբ հարկ եղավ՝ նաև կյանքի գնով ապացուցեց, որ ինքը տերն է իր պատասխանատվության, տերն է իր հռչակած արժեքների և նպատակների», - ասել է նախագահը:


Նրա ասելով, անկախության հռչակումով նոր դարաշրջան բացվեց ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլև հայության բոլոր հատվածների համար: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը կայացավ որպես պետություն, Արցախի հետ ուս ուսի հակառակորդին պարտադրեց արժանապատիվ զինադադար, բարձրացրեց երկրաշարժից ու պատերազմից խոնարհված իր գյուղերն ու քաղաքները, ոտքի կանգնեց սովի ու խավարի միջից՝ ուղղելով իր մեջքը:


«Մենք այսօր էլ շարունակում ենք կասեցնել տարածաշրջանի խաղաղությունը վտանգող ադրբեջանական սադրանքները: Դրանց մենք հակադրում ենք Հայաստանի քաղաքական բոլոր ուժերի, հասարակական բոլոր շերտերի, Հայաստանի և Արցախի, ինչպես նաև համայն հայության միասնական կեցվածքը:


Մենք դրան հակադրում ենք մեր բանակի մարտունակությունը, մեր զինվորների փայլուն ծառայությունը սահմանագծում: Փա՛ռք մեր տղաներին, ովքեր թշնամու սանձարձակ սադրանքները կանխեցին, կանխեցին անգամ սեփական կյանքի գնով: Փա՛ռք մեր հերոսներին:


Ու թող ոչ ոք հույս չդնի մեր միասնականության հնարավոր խարխլման վրա ու մութ անկյունում նենգ դավեր հյուսի: Թող ոչ ոք սեփական արժեհամակարգով չչափի մեր իրականությունը և քաղաքական ազատ մրցակցությունն ու բանավեճը շփոթի միասնականության կորստի հետ: Հայաստանը ժողովրդավարական երկիր է, և եթե դժվարանում են հասկանալ թե դա ինչ է, ապա դա ամենևին էլ մեր խնդիրը չէ: Մեր արժեքներն այլ են. ժողովրդավարություն, քաղաքական ազատություններ, խաղաղություն և մարդասիրություն, նաև հարգանք բոլոր ժողովուրդների, այդ թվում և՝ ադրբեջանցի ժողովրդի հանդեպ», - ասվում է շնորհավորական ուղերձում:


Սարգսյանը նշել է, որ
տեսանելի ապագայում  մենք պատրաստվում ենք դառնալ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ: «Նման որոշումը, ինչպես ես արդեն նշել եմ, պայմանավորված է տնտեսական զարգացման նոր հնարավորություններով, որոնք բացվում են Հայաստանի առջև, ինչու չէ՝ նաև մեր տարածաշրջանում առկա անվտանգության համակարգի հետ: Պիտի անկեղծ լինենք: Մեզնից ոչ ոք մարգարե չէ, և մենք չգիտենք, թե ինչ արդյունքներ կունենանք տասը կամ քսան տարի հետո, բայց հստակ է մի բան. լավ աշխատելու դեպքում մենք կարող ենք լուրջ տնտեսական օգուտներ ակնկալել: Տնտեսական աճ մենք այսօր էլ ունենք: Այլ հարց է, որ եղած տեմպը մեզ չի բավարարում: Մեր ապրանքների առջև բացվելու է մի հսկայական շուկա, որտեղ ամրապնդվելն արդեն կախված կլինի աշխատելու մեր հմտությունից: Այս առթիվ ես ուզում եմ նաև պատասխանել մեր որոշ ընդդիմախոսների, ովքեր փորձում են մեր անդամակցությունը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը ներկայացնել իբրև Հայաստանի քաղաքական անկախության կորուստ: Ասեմ, որ նման շահարկումներ անկախության բոլոր՝ 23 տարիների ընթացքում էլ եղել է: Այսօր՝ Հայաստանի Անկախության օրը, ես ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ հայտարարում եմ, որ մեր անդամակցությունը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը որևէ կերպ չի սպառնում Հայաստանի քաղաքական անկախությանը: Նման պնդումներն անհիմն են: Աշխարհի երեսին չկա ինտեգրացիոն որևէ գործընթաց, որը չենթադրի քայլերի համաձայնեցում: Սա ավելի քան բնական երևույթ է», - հայտարարել է նախագահը:

հավաստմամբ, Հայաստանը շարունակելու է բաց ու շահագրգիռ համագործակցությունն իր  բոլոր գործընկերների հետ՝ Եվրասիական միության և նրա անդամ պետությունների, Եվրամիության և նրա անդամ պետությունների, ԱՄՆ-ի, Չինաստանի, հարևան Վրաստանի ու Իրանի, բարեկամ մյուս բոլոր երկրների հետ:
