ArmInfo. Baku has once again accused Yerevan of an attempt to disrupt negotiation process on Nagorno-Karabakh settlement.
"Armenian side's statements are aimed at disrupting the negotiation process to settle the Armenian- Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the efforts of the OSCE Minsk Group", said Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, commenting on the statement of Armenian Foreign Minister at a meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Hamburg, APA reports. "Azerbaijan, as noted in the last statement of foreign ministers of co-chair states of the OSCE Minsk Group, will continue its efforts to resolve the conflict through substantive negotiations", - said the Minister.
To note, Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian stated at press conference on the results of the OSCE Ministerial Council yesterday that Azerbaijan pretends that no agreement was reached on implementation of mechanisms for investigation of borderline incidents and expansion of the OSCE Personal Representative's mandate. "Meanwhile the Co-Chairing countries of the OSCE Minsk Group during the meetings and in their final statement have emphasized the necessity of implementing these mechanisms", the Minister noted stressing that the enlargement of the mission by several people will not change the situation.
