At that, Kocharyan called out not to overestimate the persons assigned as co-chairs of OSCE Minsk Group. "Naturally, every state has own political way, and even if persons derive a bit, the course remains the same," diplomat stated. Kocharyan accentuated also, that within the change of co-chair, the negotiations package remains also the same. According to Deputy Minister, the newly assigned person should get acquainted with the situation a priori.-v-
"It's obvious that when the matter is the US President, the situation is quite different. Anyway it is understood that new President will not deal with essential reforms, having sustainable policy, expert groups and institutions. But it is natural also, that here the President has more opportunities than any Co- chair of OSCE Minsk Group, and changes might take place in both directions," Kocharyan said.
Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister informed also that there is no certain information yet regarding the possible meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers in Hamburg. To note, on November 21 the American Co-chair of OSCE MG James Warlick informed that he completes his mission on December 31.
