ArmInfo. French Minister of National Education Najat Vallaud-Belkacem has initiated a special mission to study genocides and massacres for better fight against crimes against humanity and their denial, according to Araj, an Armenian newspaper published in France.
Vincent Duclert, General Inspector of National Education of France, is entrusted to head a group of 46 people representing 12 countries. The group comprises historians, sociologists, anthropologists, tutors, lawyer, journalists, and psychologists.
The group will have to draft a bulletin on genocides and mass crimes and submit a resolution within a year. The minister said it is be a "policy of fair memory".
