Tbilisi.  Restrictions for traffic of vehicle on roads in Georgian high mountainous regions  have been imposed again because of bad weather, BLACK SEA PRESS was told by representative  of the press-service of the Road Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia on Monday, February 20.

                "The Cross Pass (on the highway in the direction to the Georgian-Russia n border) has been closed because of avalanches hazard, this section  is one of the most dangerous", the department's representative told.

                Traffic of trailers and half trailers is prohibited  on the Rikoti Pass, connecting eastern and western parts of the country.

Traffic of vehicle with anti-sliding chains is permitted on the Nakerala Pass  (Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti region, Western Georgia).
